This page explains what information Apopka Marine collects through this website and how we use it. We wrote it in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.

The short version: we collect what you choose to send us and some basic visit data, we use it to answer you and run our business, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us

• Boat questions, service requests and contact messages: your name, email, phone number, details about your boat, and your message.
• Email and phone: anything you include when you email or call us.

Information collected automatically

Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and this site does not set cookies of its own. Boat photos load from our inventory provider, and the map loads from Google only if you choose to show it; those companies may log your visit under their own policies.

Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is not yet a common standard for them.

Who we share it with

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit who can see what you send us and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as Florida law requires.
